"CONTRAILS" (or Jet exhaust condensation) are quite a normal phenomenon. Usually forming
at an altitude of 22,000-28,000 feet, or higher, then dissipating approximately 400 yards, (or less) following the aircraft.
The Contrail (or "vapor trail") is made of hydrocarbon fuel combustion exhaust, consisting of carbon dioxide and
water vapor. (Basically, the same thing one sees emitting from a car's tailpipe in the winter time.) At high altitudes this
water vapor emerges into a cold environment, then the local increase in water vapor, pushes the water content of the air past
the saturation point. The vapor then condenses into tiny water droplets and/or deposits into ice crystals. These millions
of tiny water droplets and/or ice crystals form the vapor trail or contrails. "CHEMTRAILS," on the other hand, are NOT a normal
phenomenon. In fact, Chemtrails are just one of the many ways, the new world order architects are implementing their depopulation program, (there are a host of other ways as well: fluoridation of drinking water, genetically modified crops, etc.) in this fashion ... using the Aerosol
distribution method. These various chemical compounds - (also known as; "soft-kill" weapons) do NOT dissipate over time,
rather, they spread out over the area "sprayed" and eventually come down to make contact with the intended target,
(human beings, and other living things) at ground level. There are a host of atmospheric materials, (chemicals) reported in
conjunction with the Chemtrail phenomenon. These include: Barium, Ethylene Dibromide, Aluminum chaff, pseudonomas fluorescens, (a bacteria used by the military for BIO-remediation;
known to cause respiratory illness and blood infections) as well as Pseudomonas aeruginosa ... Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic
pathogen, meaning that it exploits some break in the host defenses to initiate an infection. In fact, Pseudomonas aeruginosa
is the epitome of an opportunistic pathogen of humans. The bacterium almost never infects uncompromised tissues, yet there
is hardly any tissue that it cannot infect, if the tissue defenses are compromised in some manner. It causes urinary tract
infections, respiratory system infections, dermatitis, soft tissue infections, bacteremia, bone and joint infections, gastrointestinal
infections along with a variety of systemic infections. Pseudomonas aeruginosa has become increasingly recognized as an emerging
opportunistic pathogen of clinical relevance. Several different epidemiological studies track its occurrence as a nosocomial
pathogen and indicate that antibiotic resistance is increasing in clinical isolates. Along with the various sticky
gels, powders, chemicals and extremely tiny fibrous materials (much smaller than asbestos) that have been discovered, some
samples of Chemtrail materials have been found to contain biological components, including human blood cells and flu virus
pathogens. These materials are often associated with large scale reports of numerous illnesses of various types, following
contact with humans. More evidence is showing a direct connection between Chemtrails and Morgellons. Morgellons, (also called
Morgellons Disease or Morgellons syndrome) is an infectious condition
characterized by a range of cutaneous (skin) symptoms including crawling, biting, and stinging sensations; finding fibers
on or under the skin; and persistent skin lesions (e.g., rashes or sores). *

The fact that the planet
is being bombarded with chemicals from high-altitude spraying as part of numerous geoengineering programs being conducted
by U.S. government agencies and universities that have been approved, with no oversight whatsoever, can no longer be denied.
The
re-classification of global warming, a highly contentious and often scientifically fraudulent pseudo-science, as a “national security threat” has been exploited by governments as an excuse to play God, green lighting secret experiments on a
massive scale that carry innumerable dangers to humans and their environment.
However, now that increasing awareness of geoengineering as a result of the chemtrails phenomenon has propagated
widely, authorities are slowly being forced to disclose certain aspects of the program. We are now not far away from full
disclosure of the true extent of geoengineering experimentation.
Scientists
now admit that vapor trails from aeroplanes are creating “artificial clouds” that block out the sun. This is no
longer a matter of debate. The chemtrail “conspiracy theorists” were proven correct.
Reading University’s Professor Keith Shine told the Daily Mail last year that the clouds “formed by aircraft fumes could linger ‘for hours’, depriving those
areas under busy flight paths, such as London and the Home Counties, of summer sunshine.”
“Experts have warned that, as a result, the amount of sunlight hitting the ground could be reduced by as much
as ten per cent. Professor Shine added: “Over the busiest areas in London and the South of England, this high-level
cloud could cover the sky, turning bright sunshine into hazy conditions for the entire area. I expect the effects will get
worse as the volume of air traffic increases.”
The report
also makes reference to a 2009 Met Office study which found that high-level winds did not disperse contrails that later formed
into clouds which covered an astonishing 20,000 miles.
Of course,
only the completely naive would suggest that there is no connection between chemtrails that block out the sun, a phenomenon
that has been ongoing for over a decade, and open calls on behalf of scientists to ‘reduce global warming’ by
injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.
Mainstream science and academia
has gone from dismissing chemtrails as a fantasy of paranoid conspiracy theorists to now accepting that they exist but claiming
that they are natural and not artificially induced, despite numerous patents and scientific proposals that focus around using
man-made dispersal of aerosols to alter the atmosphere.
The proposal
to disperse sulphur dioxide in an attempt to reflect sunlight was discussed in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled,
Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming, in which Ken Caldeira, a leading climate scientist based at the Carnegie Institution in Stanford,
California, promoted the idea of injecting the atmosphere with aerosols.
“One approach is to insert “scatterers” into the stratosphere,” states the article. “Caldeira
cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide.
Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to
reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight.”
Experiments
similar to Caldeira’s proposal are already being carried out by U.S. government -backed scientists, such as those at
the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C, who in 2009 began conducting studies which involved shooting huge amounts of particulate matter, in this case “porous-walled glass
microspheres,” into the stratosphere.
The project is closely
tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who “proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur
particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.”
In 2008, scientist Tim Flannery also warned that “mankind might need to pump sulphur into the atmosphere to survive,” adding that,
“gas sulphur could be inserted into the earth’s stratosphere to keep out the sun’s rays and slow global
warming, a process called global dimming.”
Such programs merely
scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to geoengineer the planet,
with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.
What is known about what happens when the
environment is loaded with sulphur dioxide is bad enough, since the compound is the main component of acid rain, which according to the EPA “Causes acidification of lakes and streams and contributes to the damage of trees at high elevations
(for example, red spruce trees above 2,000 feet) and many sensitive forest soils. In addition, acid rain accelerates the decay
of building materials and paints, including irreplaceable buildings, statues, and sculptures that are part of our nation’s
cultural heritage.”
The health effects of bombarding the skies
with sulphur dioxide alone, are enough to raise serious questions about whether such programs should even be allowed to proceed.

According to the LennTech website, “Laboratory tests with test animals have indicated that sulfur can cause serious vascular damage
in veins of the brains, the heart and the kidneys. These tests have also indicated that certain forms of sulfur can cause
foetal damage and congenital effects. Mothers can even carry sulfur poisoning over to their children through mother milk.
Finally, sulfur can damage the internal enzyme systems of animals.”
Even pro-geoengineering scientist Mark Watson, admits that injecting sulphur into the atmosphere could lead to “acid
rain, ozone depletion or weather pattern disruption.”
Rutgers
University meteorologist Alan Robock also, “created computer simulations indicating that sulfate clouds could potentially
weaken the Asian and African summer monsoons, reducing rain that irrigates the food crops of billions of people.”
“Imagine if we triggered a drought and famine while trying to cool the planet,”
Robock told a geoengineering conference last year.
The Canada-based
Action Group on Erosion, Technology and Concentration (ETC) has called for such experiments to be shut down. “This experiment
is only phase one of a much bigger plan that could have devastating consequences, including large changes in weather patterns
such as deadly droughts,” the group said in a written statement.
Fred
Singer, president of the Science Environmental Policy Project and a skeptic of man-made global warming theories, warns that
the consequences of tinkering with the planet’s delicate eco-system could have far-reaching dangers.
“If you do this on a continuous basis, you would depress the ozone layer and cause
all kinds of other problems that people would rather avoid,” said Singer.
Even Greenpeace’s chief UK scientist – a staunch advocate of the man-made global warming explanation
– Doug Parr – has slammed attempts to geoengineer the planet as “outlandish” and “dangerous”.
Stephen Schneider of Stanford University, who proposed a bizarre plan to send spaceships
into the upper atmosphere that would be used to block out the Sun, admits that geoengineering could cause “conflicts
between nations if geoengineering projects go wrong.” As
repeatedly highlighted, numerous universities and government agencies have been conducting studies in the field of geoengineering
for years.
Discussion of geoengineering technology is often framed
as a future consideration, yet governments are already conducting such programs at an advanced stage.
The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program was created in 1989 with funding from
the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is sponsored by the DOE’s Office of Science and managed by the Office of Biological
and Environmental Research.
The DOE website states that, “The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative
forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate
and climate change.”
U.S. government scientists are already
bombarding the skies with the acid-rain causing pollutant sulphur dioxide in an attempt to fight global warming by “geoengineering”
the planet, despite the fact that injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere carries with it a host of both known and unknown
dangers.
In addition, the Obama administration’s interest
in exploring “geoengineering” mirrors recent publications penned by the elite Council On Foreign Relations.
In a document entitled Geoengineering: Workshop on Unilateral Planetary Scale Geoengineering, the CFR proposes different methods of “reflecting sunlight back into space,” which include
adding “small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere,” adding “more clouds in the lower
part of the atmosphere,” and placing “various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at
a stable location between the earth and the sun.”
The proposals
in the CFR document match exactly the atmospheric effects observed in the aftermath of chemtrail spraying.
Of course, killing millions of
people in the third world through unintended consequences of geoengineering is probably seen as a price worth paying for the
likes of John P. Holdren, White House science czar and strong geoengineering proponent, given that he and other luminaries in the global warming movement want to see global population drastically reduced by means of a “planetary regime” carrying out forced sterilization and other draconian
population control measures.
It is now overwhelmingly obvious that
geoengineering projects involving spraying chemicals at high altitudes are already underway through chemtrails.
In 2008, a KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of
Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium
and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature. The
newscast focuses on Barium, which research shows, is a “hallmark of chemtrails.” KSLA found Barium levels in its
samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.” The Louisiana Department of Environmental
Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were “very unusual,” but commented that “proving the source
was a whole other matter” in its discussion with KSLA.
KSLA
also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented
that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood
pressure problems.” The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance,
would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.
Indeed, barium oxide has cropped up repeatedly, as a contaminant from suspected 'geoengineering'
experimentation.
Geoengineering programs conducted by politically-driven
scientists who have proven adept at covering up and ignoring contradictory evidence in the global warming debate should not
be empowered with the authority and funding to conduct such dangerous tests without a major public debate about the potential
consequences.
The fact that individuals who embrace the dogma of
'global warming' alarmism, which has already killed more people than man-made 'climate change' in the third world, through starvation linked to food price hikes, caused by biofuel production, are now preparing to
launch programs with government approval, that could drastically alter weather patterns and cause droughts, is feared to become
far more public in their opposition to geoengineering, to prevent a very real form of man-made 'climate change,' that could
irrevocably damage our planet for decades to come.

Rosalind Peterson of “California Skywatch” was a certified U.S.D.A. Farm Service Agency Crop Loss Adjustor, working in more than ten counties throughout California.
She now spearheads a watchdog group that monitors uncontrolled experimental weather modification programs, atmospheric heating
and testing programs, and ocean and atmospheric experimental geoengineering programs Peterson is at the forefront of the chemtrail
research field and how the unexplained patterns that scar our skies, are “causing detrimental human health effects and
environmental degradation.” In this (1Hr-plus) video interview, Peterson reveals how she was first spurred to investigate chemtrails after
being alerted to them by someone at the Mendocino County Probation Department. Peterson then began to intensely study the
phenomenon and note that aircraft producing the trails would circle the county in a clock-like loop, covering the entire area
with a cloudy haze in as little as three hours. Peterson cites NASA studies showing that the chemtrails turn into man-made
clouds, exacerbating artificial climate change. However, Peterson states her contention that NASA is attempting to cover-up
the true nature of chemtrails and convince people that they are a natural phenomenon, a ruse dutifully parroted by top weather
and satellite observatories, who as Peterson explains acknowledge the fact that man-made chemtrails are changing the weather
yet still label them as natural weather fronts in their public broadcasts. Peterson shows a map provided by the FAA which reveals how “intra-flights”
- mainly of military origin - are causing the chemtrails by flying in loops around counties in flight paths that differ substantially
from normal airline trajectories. The flights have no other obvious purpose than to disperse chemtrails because they have
no fixed destination, they merely fly around and around in circles. As proponents of geoengineering like Obama's science czar John P. Holdren have
proposed, blocking sunlight is a primary effect of chemtrailing, and sulphur could be one of the chemicals being dispersed
by these trails. As Peterson explains, sulphur has been linked with a host of health problems, which is why California removed
it from diesel fuel in the first place. After
studying water quality samples for the state of California stretching back some 30 years, Peterson found that starting from
1990, water sources were all registering unusual spikes in certain chemicals at precisely the same time, namely arsenic, barium,
aluminum, calcium, manganese, magnesium, lead and iron. By measuring the spikes in these chemicals in the water supply with
similar spikes in these chemicals in air quality samples, Peterson was able to conclude that the cause was airborne and that
it had to be coming from the atmosphere. Peterson notes that mixing aluminum and barium creates clouds and that NASA experiments
based around this concept were coinciding with the spikes in such chemicals measured in water and air quality samples.

Before Using Them Against The Enemy in Battle?! “In an effort to avoid international criticism if they were to cause
injury to the enemy, the US military wishes to tryout non-lethal devices such as high-powered microwave weapons on United
States Citizens, BEFORE using them on the battlefield in war situations abroad.” As if rubber bullets, beanbag rounds, flash-bang grenades, foam & stun grenades, sticky foam,
CS gas, (tear gas) xenon lights, PSYOPs type loudspeakers and pepper spray weren't enough to 'calm US down,' (and in some
cases, KILL us) ... Air Force secretary Michael Wynne says that by testing the high-powered microwave weapons in a domestic
environment, before using them in foreign battlefield situations, many possible international concerns about the safety of
the weapons could be avoided. The non-lethal weapons being developed typically weaken victims when hit by a beam, or disable
other electronic devices by emitting a series of short but intense pulses. The capability of such a weapon is varied in that
it cannot only disrupt enemy communications, but can also superheat (cook) internal organs. Of course, directing these types
of weapons towards people, (as some of those listed above) automatically eliminates it from the "non-lethal" classification.
Developed in the Los Alamos National Laboratory, the high-powered microwave weapon forms its signal similar to RF weapons,
in that it directs the energy into a high-powered pulse and destroys transistors and other electrical equipment as well. Here's a Snippet From AP report: "The object is basically public relations. Domestic use would make it
easier to avoid questions from others about possible safety considerations," said Secretary Michael Wynne. "If we're not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we
should not be willing to use it against the enemy in a wartime situation," said Wynne. "(Because)
if I hit somebody with a non-lethal weapon and they claim that it injured them in a way that was not intended, I think that

Concern; (Tom Fitton, Chris Farrell & Steve Carpinelli) I speak for a great many citizens here in Lauderdale
County Mississippi, when we ask for help on the Chemtrail issue and cannot seem to get any information, or acknowledgment,
of any kind from our state representatives. Now, before you ask me to adjust my tinfoil hat and seek psychiatric help, let
me say that We, (I'm certainly not alone in the observations) have noticed, that since the year 2000 and currently, we are
being "sprayed" yes -- "Sprayed" by some sort of government aerosol dispersal program without our consent. As you may, (or may not) be aware, representative Dennis Kucinich introduced the Space Preservation Act of 2001,
seeking a permanent ban on basing of weapons in space. Kucinich’s bill, HR 2977, specifically outlaws a variety of weapons, but explicitly outlaws
"Chemtrails." When he was asked why he would introduce a bill banning so-called 'Chemtrails,' when the U.S. government
routinely denies such things exist and the U.S. Air Force has routinely called Chemtrails a hoax. Kucinich's response
was; "The truth is, there's an entire program in the Department of Defense, ‘Vision for 2020,’ that's developing
these weapons." Kucinich says he plans to reintroduce a broader version of the bill. Plasma, electromagnetics, sonic
or ultrasonic weapons and laser weapons systems were among those also banned by HR 2977.
Clifford Carnicom (http://carnicom.com) has worked for the Dept. of Defense, as well as the Bureau of Land management
and has amassed tons of information concerning this problem. We noticed that here in Mississippi, the aerosol 'spraying' began,
(back in 2000) with several applications of the (then unknown) chemical substances several times a month. Then as the years
progressed, so also did the aerosol program increase it's activities. NOW, "They" spray everyday, with the exception
of; Very windy days, Rainy days, Saturdays and most Sundays and Holidays ... Yes, I keep track. Thousands of people here in
Mississippi and surrounding states, (in fact, the country) have had their health affected by this enigmatic aerosol program.
Upper respiratory infections, asthma, and other cardiopulmonary illnesses have gone through the roof. I myself, (a 52 year-old,
Truck Driver/Heavy Equipment Operator) have spent well over $1,300.00 dollars in the past year, treating the various medical
conditions associated with the effects of this aerosol distribution program. Since my latest bout of upper respiratory infections
of 'unknown origin,' (that's lasted since mid November-07 'till now) I've felt the need to purchase a chemical respirator
and wear it during the days the 'spraying' occurs. I am almost willing to bet, that this aerosol dispersal program is alive
and well in YOUR neighborhood as well. Knowing the amount and types of chemicals that have been captured in samples of these
materials, I'm fairly certain you wouldn't wish YOUR family members to be outside, huffing in this stuff. Please take the
time to look up while you're outside ... look into this issue, and get back to me.

'CHEMTRAILS' and The Flu Pandemic Connection: POLAND & Ukraine, (November 2009):
"The appearance of something resembling the pneumonic plague in Poland shortly

above video, shows heavy Aircraft 'spraying' on 15.11.2009 over Lower Austria, which could be a terrorist act in order to
trigger a 'flu pandemic' in Austria, (much like in Poland and the Ukraine). So far, the virus has stayed mild
and has not, (as of yet) turned as violent as it has in the Ukraine, where 1,45 million people are infected and
the infections took place overnight. There is hard evidence that the reason for this overnight outbreak in Ukraine, of the
more lethal type of pneumonia-related swine flu, broke out after heavy overnight aircraft spraying activity ...

“In an effort to avoid international criticism if they were to cause
injury to the enemy, the US military wishes to tryout non-lethal devices such as high-powered microwave weapons on United
States Citizens, BEFORE using them on the battlefield in war situations abroad.” As if rubber bullets, beanbag rounds, flash-bang grenades, foam & stun grenades, sticky foam,
CS gas, (tear gas) xenon lights, PSYOPs type loudspeakers and pepper spray weren't enough to 'calm US down,' (and in some
cases, KILL us) ... Air Force secretary Michael Wynne says that by testing the high-powered microwave weapons in a domestic
environment, before using them in foreign battlefield situations, many possible international concerns about the safety of
the weapons could be avoided. The non-lethal weapons being developed typically weaken victims when hit by a beam, or disable
other electronic devices by emitting a series of short but intense pulses. The capability of such a weapon is varied in that
it cannot only disrupt enemy communications, but can also superheat (cook) internal organs. Of course, directing these types
of weapons towards people, (as some of those listed above) automatically eliminates it from the "non-lethal" classification.
Developed in the Los Alamos National Laboratory, the high-powered microwave weapon forms its signal similar to RF weapons,
in that it directs the energy into a high-powered pulse and destroys transistors and other electrical equipment as well.
